This position will oversee and manage the men’s basketball program including recruiting, training, and coaching of student athletes.

Job Duties:

Ensure program adherence to current guidelines of TCCAA and NJCAA. Promote program along with institution. Scouting, Recruitment and Retention of Student-Athletes. Recruit and advise student and support persistence/progression through graduation. Oversee budget for men’s basketball program. Oversee daily practice sessions. Assist in fundraising for Athletics. Oversee scheduling of games. Gym set-up and maintenance. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree.
Three (3) years Head coaching experience or one (1) year collegiate coaching experience.
Valid Driver’s License.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with a diverse faculty, staff, and student population.
Basic computer skills.

Pay Rate: $48,370 – $60,460 annual salary depending on experience
