Washington College, a NCAA Division III member of the Centennial Conference,is accepting applications for a full-time Head Men’s Basketball Coach. The individual hired will be responsible for administering all phases of the Washington College Men’s Basketball program, within college, conference and NCAA rules and regulations with an emphasis on recruiting and retaining highly qualified prospective student-athletes.

• Organizes and conducts all practice sessions
• Recruits student-athletes
• Ensures institutional compliance of program by adhering to allpolicies and procedures of the NCAA and Centennial Conference as well as all Washington College policies and procedures
• Monitors academic progress of players through advising and referrals

• Works with Athletic Communication & Compliance staff regarding mediarelations for the Basketball program
• Supervises the duties of assistant coaches
• Develops and recommends budget data;authorizes expenditures in accordance with approved budget;approves budgets and expenses of direct reports.Orders equipment, disburses funds for meals on athletic trips and serves as supervisor for all team functions.
• Works with training staff to ensure that all athletes are medically clearedto participate
• Works with athletic department office to ensure that all athletes meet NCAA eligibility requirements

• Coordinates fundraising
