Description : St. Louis Christian Academy is accepting applications for an intern position with the men’s basketball team for the 2018-2019 school year. This position includes room/board and meal plan.

St. Louis Christian Academy is a small private Christian boarding/day school located in trendy Midtown St. Louis, Missouri. We are looking for motivated candidates that can be a positive addition to our family like environment! Our men’s basketball team travels all over the country playing a highly competitive national level schedule against top programs in the country. This is a perfect opportunity to connect and network with college coaches of all levels while gaining experience in recruiting and day to day operations. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: on floor coaching,creating/uploading content on social media, monitoring academics (including studyhalls), recruiting, player development, weight training, compliance, housing supervision,filming/video breakdown, individual skill development, equipment management,transportation (valid driver’s license as well as personal vehicle required) and other duties assigned by the head coach.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-Year accredited College or University
Previous experience working in College/High School Athletics
Must be able to work evenings/weekends and maintain a flexible work schedule
Previous Coaching experience
Desire to work in College/High School athletics
Experience creating video/graphic content for social media

Compensation:Housing, Meals [breakfast and dinner on weekdays]
