Recruiting Boost is looking to hire multiple coaches to coach teams in the Recruiting Boost Spring ‘23 International Camp. From April 16, 2023, to May 1, 2023, 5 teams of international athletes from mostly Australia will be in Indianapolis, IN and Louisville, KY to play AAU in front of college coaches. Coaches will be active in practices, games, film study, sightseeing, and other daily activities. Our goal is to give these athletes a glimpse of what a college workload looks like. For two weeks, coaches will be busy and active in daily duties. Hotels, food, and transportation are all included.

Duties:

• Coaches, plan games, practices, scrimmages, workouts, team meetings, and player study halls.
• Executes travel arrangements.
• Temporary relocation to Indianapolis for 1 week and Louisville, KY for 1 week. Housing included.
• Interact in a positive manner with athletes, athletes’ families, and the general public
• Manage competing priorities
• Manage and supervise athletes of all different personalities

Qualifications:

• Former College Coach
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Driver’s License
