Recruiting Boost is a U.S.-based college placement service helping athletes from around the world connect with American colleges and universities. We specialize in basketball recruiting and international showcases, with a proven track record of placing athletes into NCAA, NAIA, and JUCO programs.

We are expanding globally and seeking International Recruiters to identify, scout, and connect top basketball talent overseas with Recruiting Boost.

Role Overview

As an International Recruiter, you will serve as Recruiting Boost’s representative in your city/region. Your job is to scout and recruit international athletes interested in pursuing college basketball opportunities in the United States. You will act as the local connector between athletes, families, clubs, and Recruiting Boost’s U.S. staff.

Responsibilities

• Scout and identify basketball players with the potential to play college basketball in the U.S.
• Build relationships with local clubs, schools, academies, and families.
• Promote Recruiting Boost programs, showcases, and camps in your region.
• Connect interested athletes and families to Recruiting Boost services.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to families navigating the U.S. recruiting process.
• Represent Recruiting Boost professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Former player, coach, trainer, or basketball insider preferred.
• Strong network in your city’s basketball community.
• Passion for helping athletes achieve college opportunities in the U.S.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently generate new athlete leads.
• Fluency in English (additional local languages are a plus).
