Hoop Group Elite is looking for qualified interns to join our team. Hoop Group Elite runs the #1 basketball camps in the nation for all levels of players looking for instruction, competition, and exposure. Intern positions are available for Summer 2019.

The interns should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of both the basketball and business world.

Year after year, our Hoop Group Interns have gone on to receive full time and graduate assistant positions throughout all levels of college basketball and various other branches of the sport industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment of future campers nationwide

• Interact with College, High School, and AAU coaches

• Assist with setting up and running certain sections of camp

• Assist in the logistical planning of camp

• Assist with day to day camp operations

• Assist with execution of event marketing

• Perform analysis of marketing and sales data

• Seek and analyze competitor marketing tactics and sales materials both on and offline

• Overall brand and individual event marketing

• Provide support to social media efforts

Requirements

Hoop Group Elite is looking for college students interested in pursuing a future in basketball coaching and/or entering the business field. Each candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with extensive knowledge of social media. Microsoft Office and PhotoShop experience is a bonus and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for these internship positions.
