Hoop Group Skills is looking for qualified interns to join our team. Hoop Group Skill runs the #1 instructional basketball camp in the nation. Intern positions available spring semester of 2018 academic year and/or summer 2018.

The interns should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of both the basketball and business world.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment of future campers nationwide
• Interact with College, High School and AAU coaches
• Assist in the logistical planning of camp
• Assist with day to day operations development
• Assist with execution of event marketing
• Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
• Seek and analyze competitor marketing tactics and sales materials both on and offline
• Overall brand and individual event marketing
• Prepare presentations
• Manage email accounts
• Provide support to social media efforts

Requirements

Hoop Group Skills is looking for college students interested in pursuing a future in basketball coaching and and/or entering the business field. Each candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of social media. PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for these internship positions.
