Hoop Group is currently seeking qualified undergraduates or recent graduates to join our events and recruiting team. Intern positions are available for Spring 2022. Interns will be involved in all facets of Boy’s events including both camps, clinics, tournaments.

This is an unpaid internship designed to be for college credit. Candidates are still encouraged to apply if not seeking college credit. Interns will primarily work remotely but will be required to train in person and travel to work events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment of high school student-athletes for individual showcase events through calls, texts, emails, etc.
• Assist in the recruitment of grassroots teams for team tournaments
• Interact with college, high school, and grassroots coaches
• Aid in the execution of individual and team events
• Provide support to social media efforts

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to pursue a job in basketball coaching or sports management
•  Graphic design and/or video editing ability is a plus but not require
