Impact Basketball Academy in Las Vegas, Nevada is where high-school and post-graduate basketball players train, study, and play games in order to improve their basketball skills for the next level. We are seeking to fill an immediate need for staff interns in our basketball coaching and training department and strength & conditioning department, that will also serve as resident advisers at our Academy dormitory.

Ideal candidates will be involved in all aspects of our Impact Basketball Academy; housing management, facility management, coaching, player mentoring, training, administration. Our interns that qualify and are accepted will be unpaid. Those chosen will receive housing and meals at our dormitory-style housing with the potential for future employment and job-placement assistance. Applicants must have prior basketball coaching and/or strength and conditioning experience.

INTERN POSITIONS AVAILABLE

1. Basketball Coaching / Player Development Intern position involving all phases of on-court coaching – player/skill-development, position breakdown, game preparation, competition – as well as off court responsibilities involving scouting, recruiting and career development.

2. Business/Marketing Intern position involving all phases of business development and marketing strategies – as well as office management and day-to-day business administration.

3. Athletic Performance/Strength and Conditioning Intern position involving all phases of athletic development. Intern will work with players at all levels in developing, implementing and managing athletic performance improvement plans – focusing on strength, speed and specific improvements based on individual needs.
