The head coach will oversee and be responsible for the overall direction of the Junior Varsity Men’s Basketball Team in conjunction with the varsity head coach.  The general duties to be performed would be leading and running practices for the JV team, managing and coaching all aspects of the team during competition, and assist with the varsity team during practice and games.  Other duties may include film exchange and breakdown using Synergy, scouting reports for the varsity team and assisting with study hall and academic monitoring.  Off the floor duties include but are not limited to: identifying and recruiting potential student-athletes, assisting the varsity head coach with running on-campus prospect camps and spearheading various fundraising ventures.  This is a part-time position with a $5,000 stipend.  Masters degree is preferred, Bachelors degree required.
