Job Description: 
Breakthrough Basketball is seeking a coach to assist during an on-going small group training academy in Frankfort, IL. Training sessions are on Sunday evenings from 5:00-7:00 PM.

Oversee a group of 10 or less players on-court and provide timely feedback, reminders and encouragement

  • Assist with demonstration of drills and habits on-court.
  • Give meaningful feedback to campers to improve their game and overall character.
  • Be collaborative with the rest of the coaching and admin staff while assisting.
  • Ensure player safety and reiterating the concepts conveyed by the lead clinician
  • Occasionally lead a session if the lead coach is unavailable.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the game a passion to share it with campers/coaches.
  • Responsible, timely, and mature.
  • Comfortable working with children of all ages, both male and female.
