Evolution is expanding and we are searching for high level basketball trainers and coaches.  We are searching for both a full time manager / lead trainer as well as an assistant manager and trainer.  We currently have 4 full time training facilities in Northern VA.

Responsibilities: These positions will be a mix of on the court training, off the court management responsibilities, as well as heavily networking and recruiting in the community.  As the lead trainer you will be expected to be our best trainer in this location with the ability to work with a variety of levels of players.  As the manager, you will oversee the facility, schedule the staff, as well as schedule clients.

Qualifications: We are searching for a high character individuals who will act as a strong role model for the players we are training.  College and/or Professional experience is preferred (playing or coaching).  Must be highly organized, proactive, and strong people skills.  Training experience is preferred but not necessary, passionate about teaching the game is a must.
