Assists the head coach with various aspects of the men’s basketball program including practices and conditioning, player development, recruiting, public relations, and supporting the academic development and graduation of student-athletes. Perform other duties as assigned. Manage the JV program. Run practices, skill development sessions, weight lifting, manage academics, travel, budgeting, schedule games, coordinate fundraising, and perform other duties as assigned.

Highly qualified applicants will possess a college degree from a four year institution, coaching experience at the collegiate level or high school level, recruiting ties to the Metro-Detroit area, a strong background in player skill development, a background in strength and conditioning, and experience managing and developing fundraising opportunities. Candidates expected to spend a minimum of 25 hours a week in the office. The position will remain open until filled.
