| Description: | The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Director of Player and Alumni Development for the Men’s Basketball Program. The individual will work directly for the Head Men’s Basketball Coach and other staff and coaches in managing responsibilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Working with the various units that support the men’s basketball program to ensure the efficiency of the overall program
– Maintaining an understanding of all units that support the men’s basketball program
– Direct involvement with Men’s Basketball Players and Pitt Basketball Alumni
Exceptional problem solving and communication skills are required as well as excellent judgment as the Head Men’s Basketball Coach will rely on this position to make decisions on his behalf.
The Director of Player and Alumni Development will report jointly to the Head Men’s Basketball Coach and the Director of Men’s Basketball Operations
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted as determined by the University.
