Description:

USC Athletics is now seeking a Director of Scouting, Men’s Basketball to join a staff and student community of 500+ individuals. Reporting to the Men’s Basketball Coach, roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Film review/breakdown of our team, future opponents, and recruits
  • Oversee all advance scouting of future opponents and work with the assigned assistant coach
  • Class checking and increased role in academic monitoring of student-athletes
  • Filming workouts/practices
  • Charting/data collection during CARA.
  • Assist with on-campus recruiting visits (both unofficial and official)
  • Assist with marketing of program
  • Assist with creating recruiting videos
  • Support coaching staff with overall recruiting plan and needs assessment.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree Minimum Experience: 5 years Minimum Field of Expertise: Administrative or project administration experience.
