| Description: | Manages all operations of the men’s basketball office including operating budget, team travel, quality control, NCAA compliance and recruiting related matters; develops highly competitive non-conference schedule; and manages external relations, alumni and fundraising efforts. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Required Qualifications: At least two years of combined experience in collegiate coaching, athletic department administrative experience, or collegiate basketball playing required. Frequent evening and weekend work will be necessary. Student experience will be considered. Must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Conference, and the University of Northern Iowa. Desirable Qualifications: Division I experience preferred. |
