Description:

The University of Tennessee at Martin seeks a qualified Director of Player Development for Men’s Basketball to:

  • Oversee class schedules and overall daily schedules of our players;
  • Work closely with Sports Performance & Nutrition staff to plan team meals / player dietary habits;
  • Assist in campus related basketball events;
  • Work with Video Coordinator to produce edits to individual player video;
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum hiring qualifications include:

  • A bachelor’s degree;
  • Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a staff member at UT Martin.
