The Director of Player Personnel works in coordination with the Director of Basketball Operations and the Head Coach to oversee and manage the internal needs and services of student-athletes.

Responsibilities*

• Oversee and assist with the day-to-day personal matters of Student-Athletes.
• Assist the Director of Operations with planning weekly and monthly Student-Athlete practices, class and study hall schedules.
• Serves as the basketball liaison with Facility Managers and Women’s Basketball program for scheduling purposes.
• Assist the Director of Operations and Compliance Office with all the program needs.
• Oversee ticket allocation for Student-Athletes.
• Serve as the admissions contact for incoming Student-Athletes.
• Assist with all on-campus recruiting activities.
• Serve as the Academic Mentor for the Men’s Basketball Student-Athletes.
• Assist in parent relations and communications.
• Direct and support basketball staff with community service activities.
• Assist the Director of Operations with all camp responsibilities.
• Liaison with Development Office and Media Relations Office for personnel requests.
• Assist with all special events including basketball alumni relations.
• Arrange training table meals with the Athletic Trainer, Strength Coach, and Dietitian.
• Serve as basketball liaison with Equipment Manager and Apparel Provider.
