Ashland University, an NCAA D-II institution, seeks qualified applicants for an immediate opening for a men’s basketball graduate assistant coaching position. Responsibilities include running a Junior Varsity program, recruiting, game preparation, practice organization, assisting head coach in all phases of student-athlete mentoring and evaluation, academic monitoring, and other administrative duties as assigned. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree, have previous basketball playing or coaching experience. A background check will be performed per Ashland University policy. Review of applications will begin immediately. Note: This position does provide a stipend to help with living expenses as well as pays for tuition for graduate school.
