| Description: | Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: 1. Proactively recruit student athletes who are a strong fit for UVF and our program spiritually, academically, and athletically in NCAA Division 3 2. Game day transportation and meals 3. Film exchange 4. Skill development 5. Assisting with practice and game preparation 6. Academic monitoring of student-athletes 7. Social media Requirements are a bachelor’s degree, previous playing or coaching experience, and recruiting experience. The applicant must also have the ability to coach the cross country teams, with preference given to someone with cross country experience. Applicant will also assist, as needed, in the athletic department. Tuition remission, housing and stipend included. |
