Mount Marty College, a NAIA Division II institution, invites applications for the position of

Men’s Basketball Graduate Assistant. This 9 month position includes a partial tuition waiver and

a small stipend. This position will include being the Head Coach of the Junior

Varsity program along with being a Varsity Assistant Coach. Primary duties include but are not

limited to; organizing and executing JV practices, coaching JV games, assisting head coach with

varsity practice, scouting, recruiting, scheduling and travel arrangements, program

administration and other duties as assigned by the head coach. The successful candidate will

have a knowledge and commitment to compliance with all NAIA, Great Plains Athletic

Conference and Mount Marty College rules and regulations as well as a commitment to the full

academic development of the student-athlete.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree.

● Candidate must be accepted into the Master’s program at Mount Marty College.

● Collegiate playing or coaching experience is preferred.

● Must have a valid drivers license.

● Must be able to secure a Class B CDL by October 15, 2019.
