Sam Houston State University, an NCAA Division I institution, is seeking applicants for the position of Graduate Assistant. The individual will report directly to the head coach, and assistant coaches of the program. This is a great opportunity for aspiring collegiate coaches to get a foot in the door at a successful Division 1 program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 •   Assisting in daily operations

 •   Organization of team activities and responsibilities

 •   Coordinating team travel

 •   Video coordination

 •   Film breakdown

 •   Assisting coaching staff in opponent/game preparation

 •   Assisting in on campus recruiting

 •   Coordinating recruiting mailouts

 •   Multimedia assistance

 •   Creation of graphic and video designs

Requirements:

 •   Must be able to begin working as soon as possible

 •   College Degree

 •   Strong organizational skills

 •   Experience using Synergy Sports software

 •   Graphic design experience

 •   Video editing experience

 •   Good communication skills

 •   High energy
