Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Men’s Basketball Placement Consultant to help place athletes already signed with Recruiting Boost into college programs. This role is 100% commission-based — no sales or client acquisition responsibilities. Your sole focus is supporting athletes through the placement process and building connections with college coaches.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the placement of assigned male basketball athletes to appropriate college programs
• Leverage your coaching network to find roster openings and scholarship opportunities
• Communicate directly with college coaches about athlete availability and fit
• Provide guidance to athletes and families during the recruitment process
• Maintain organized records of outreach, interest, and offers

Qualifications:

• Former college basketball coach (preferred)
• Strong network within men’s college basketball (NCAA, NAIA, JUCO)
• Passion for athlete development and placement
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects

Compensation:
You will be paid on a per-placement basis, with commission varying by the athlete’s scholarship level and placement tier. Details provided during the interview process.
