Position Overview:

We are seeking a Men’s Basketball Placement Director to join our team and work directly with the CEO to drive two key areas of the business:

1. Athlete Placement – Connecting our current clients to appropriate college basketball programs through outreach, relationships, and evaluation.
2. Sales – Identifying and closing new client opportunities through consultations, lead follow-up, and representation of our services to prospective families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically place unsigned student-athletes into colleges, junior colleges, and prep schools.
• Communicate directly with college coaches at all levels to promote our prospects.
• Assist with social media exposure, emails, and direct calls to decision-makers.
• Handle inbound interest from prospective clients and guide them through the sales process.
• Provide support with evaluations and consultations to determine eligibility and fit.

Requirements:

• Former U.S. college basketball coach (any level).
• Strong network in the men’s college basketball landscape.
• Experience or connections in international recruiting is required.
• Excellent communication, evaluation, and sales skills.
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work remotely.

Compensation:

• Base pay: $20/hour
• Commission: Competitive structure based on athlete signings and sales performance
