Assists the head coach in all facets of the men’s basketball program to ensure a quality program and successful Division I team. Assumes responsibility for at least two of the following basketball program operations: scouting, recruiting coordination, community relations, game day management, budget administration, academic supervision, summer camps. Interacts professionally with all internal and external customers using strong interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. NCAA certification as a Division I Recruiter. Knowledge of and commitment to NCAA rules. Previous experience in player and mentoring development at the Division I level. Valid driver’s license and ability to establish driver eligibility under the University’s Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree.
5+ years coaching at the collegiate level. Progressively responsible experience in practice and game day coaching, recruiting, scheduling, academic support and camps/clinics.
