| Description: | Organize and produce video tape of practices and games. Coordinate opponent film exchange for scouting purposes and evaluation. Weekly scheduling and opposing team practices. Maintain video playbook and equipment inventory. Work with Director of Basketball Operations on daily operations, travel, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Bachelors’ degree in Communications, English, Sports Management/Marketing or related field or equivalent experience. Experience with web-based video content preferred. Strong computer application experience (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, FastDraw, FastScout, Game Tape Exchange). Strong verbal/written/interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a wide range of constituents and media. Strong attention to detail. Essential Functions: 35% – Videotape practices/games for analysis and breakdown 20% – Coordinate video exchange with opponents while analyzing game film 15% – Assist with travel arrangements for team 10% – Assist in coordinating/arranging community service of student athletes 10% – Coordinate student managers in day to day assignments 10% – Assist student athletes in their strength training and conditioning programs |
