Position Reports to: Director, Men’s Basketball Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Responsible for the design and production of brand objectives for the men’s basketball program
– Facilitate fan engagement in a diverse range of brand marketing projects such as advertisements, catalogs, mail-outs, and digital content
–  Collaborate as a part of the design team with the marketing departmentwith the goal of elevating and carrying the visual brand through to all forms of communication, including email, printed materials, packaging, and on-campus displays
– Serve as internet strategist to monitor various coach and team social media outlets (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for program and individual promotion, with the goal of positive presentation of both the individual and the program
– Maintain knowledge of and compliance with specific NCAA, Atlantic 10 Conference, and institution rules that relate to this position is required
– Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree required
– Experience in graphic design, visual communication or related field preferred
– Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment required
– Demonstrate a broad understanding and passion for innovative design- preferably within athletics
– Highly motivated and innovative individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required
– Experience in the full Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and/or other video and photo editing products

– Proficient in video and photo editing programs, technical use of video cameras, and possess superior organizational skills in order to coordinate multiple video projects simultaneously
– Knowledge of web trends and digital technologies
