Run The Show is hiring a full time Player Development Coach. 

RTS is a Player Development Company based out of Pittsburgh, PA. We work with everything from beginners to pro players. We also have a Men’s Post-Grad Prep Program. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead on court instruction (youth to pro players)

• Aid company operations & logistics

• Mild administrative duties

• Direct and Assist at RTS Events & Clinics

• Assistant Coach Men’s Prep Program

Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills

• Preferred: College Basketball Coaching Experience 

• Mandatory Basketball Background (any of the following: playing, coaching, working)

• Valid Driver’s License

• Desire to for career in basketball 

• Good background check

• High energy / good spirit 

• Ability to work with players of all ages
