This position will organize and manage all aspects related to the Men’s Basketball program including but not limited to: practice planning and game preparation, coaching and scouting, recruitment of student-athletes, player development and support, fundraising, scheduling, travel planning, transportation, budget management and coaching personnel management. All coaches are expected to advance the mission of The Skill Factory. Coaches serve as educators and mentors who promote athletic achievement, personal growth and development of skills for life through the experiential learning of sport. Coaches are expected to work cooperatively within the program as a whole to provide the best experience possible for our student athletes.

Pay runs through season: September-March with opportunity to become year-round. Pay varies based on experience.
