| Description: | This position will report and work directly and daily with the founder and executive staff of IEBA to provide a high level development prep program for our student athletes. This position is not an entry level position, this position requires attention to detail and a passion for player development and player advancement. The right candidate will have the opportunity to build their resume and make connections with college coaches throughout the country. IEBA is looking for basketball career minded individuals looking for the opportunity to boost his or her career. The perfect candidate will have the desire to coach at the collegiate level in the near future.
Primary Daily Responsibilities Include:
Recruiting To Build IEBA Team Roster
Develop Quality Daily Practice Schedule
Daily Player Development
Hands On Player Instruction & Position Development
Individual Player Skill Development Schedule
Player Evaluation Forms Bi-Weekly
Assist Players With Highlight Films
Assure That All Games Are Filmed
Assist Management With Players College Recruiting Opportunities
Promote Players & Program Through Social Media
Transportation of Players
Qualifications:
Preferred 4YR College Degree
Preferred Previous Playing Experience
Previous Coaching Experience
Previous Experience In Player Development
Previous Experience In Assisting With Player Recruitment
Must Be Available Full-Time
Be Able To Pass A Drug Screen
Be Able To Pass A Background Check
Must Have A Valid Drivers License & Have Own Personal Vehicle That Is Insured
Financial Compensation:
Salary Based On Experience & Commission
