Recruiting Boost LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced former college basketball coach to serve as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and be responsible for helping lead and grow all current and future divisions of the company, including Recruiting Boost and USA Prep Placement.

This executive leadership position requires a highly driven individual with extensive relationships throughout the basketball community and a passion for helping student-athletes achieve their academic and athletic goals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sales and business development
• Athlete recruiting and placement
• Client onboarding and customer success
• Building and maintaining relationships with college coaches, prep schools, high schools, AAU programs, and international partners
• Developing strategic partnerships
• Planning and assisting with recruiting events, showcases, camps, and international tours
• Managing employees, contractors, and daily business operations
• Implementing systems and processes to improve company efficiency
• Driving company revenue growth
• Representing Recruiting Boost LLC at events throughout the United States and internationally
• Performing other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer

Qualifications:

• Former college basketball coach required
• Extensive relationships with NCAA, NAIA, and JUCO basketball coaches
• Strong network with high school coaches, prep schools, AAU/club basketball programs, and basketball organizations
• Exceptional communication, leadership, sales, and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to travel once or twice a year
• International coaching, recruiting, or basketball experience is preferred
