We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Regional High School & Assistant Basketball Coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the court. This role requires a strong commitment to fostering growth in three key areas: social development, academic achievement, and athletic performance.

The ideal candidate will serve as a positive role model, mentor, and leader, helping student-athletes build character, discipline, and teamwork while competing at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective basketball training programs that enhance individual and team performance
• Mentor student-athletes in their social, academic, and athletic development
• Support and reinforce academic accountability and eligibility standards
• Collaborate with head coaches, assistant coaches, and school staff to build a cohesive program
• Demonstrate leadership both independently and within a team coaching environment
• Promote a culture of discipline, sportsmanship, and respect
• Assist with game planning, scouting, and player development strategies
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and administration
• Help organize team activities, travel, and program operations

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience at the high school or competitive level preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships with student-athletes and staff
• Commitment to developing well-rounded individuals beyond basketball
• Knowledge of the game, fundamentals, and player development techniques
