Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Scout and screen all potential clients for benchmark talent level
  • Source and recruit potential clients to our recruiting service packages by using social media, live game evaluations, databases, etc.
  • Recruit and follow up with potential clients on a routine basis
  • Sign up a minimum of 2 clients per week, on average
  • Represent Recruiting Boost with a professional, friendly demeanor
  • Follow all Recruiting Boost sales tips and guides to secure clients
  • Provide weekly documentation and updates on all potential clients
  • Uphold and promote company reputation
  • This position is not responsible for any college placement, only sales.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to accurate evaluate talent to a specific level
  • Self-starter
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous Basketball College Coaching Experience
  • Former College Coach or Athlete
  • Detail-oriented
  • Social Media Savy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
