Run The Show Prep is hiring a Seasonal Assistant Coach (Internship)

RTS Prep is a Post Graduate Program & Player Development Company based out of the Pittsburgh, PA area  We are founded and operated by former NBA and Division I Coaches. Our Prep team plays a regional / national schedule with the focus of the program being making players better, leading them to new / better College playing options than they originally had upon graduating High School. Our program prides itself on Player Development. Our roster is composed of High School graduates who all have the interest and ability to play College Basketball. 

This position is designed to start September 1, 2025 and end roughly April 1 of 2026. 

Compensation for the position is us covering living expenses. There is no salary with the job. There will be some opportunities to earn some extra pay throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

• Aid Head Coach with entire program

• Aid recruiting / college placement 

• Aid daily practice / workouts

• Admin and operations duties (travel, etc)

• Extra skill work with players

• Assist player development portion of the company

• Etc.

Requirements:

• Desire to work in College or Pro Coaching

• Preferred: Some College / Pro Basketball Coaching Experience 

• Mandatory: Basketball Background (any of the following: playing, coaching, working)

• Live / move to Pittsburgh, PA area

• Ability & interest to help place players at College level

• On court coaching skills

• Good background check

• High energy / good spirit 

• Mature approach to the workplace

• High School Diploma

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills

• Valid Driver’s License
