Actively contributes as a member of the OSU Men’s Basketball management team with core responsibility for creating and delivering programs to support and develop life-skills for student-athletes.  In correlation with coaching staff, mentors student-athletes to ensure successful interactions while dealing with the pressures associated with college life and athletics.  Coordinates and organizes various aspects of OSU Men’s Basketball program under the general direction of the Head Coach and Assistant Athletic Director.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sports Management or a related field

5 years high school or college basketball coaching or administration and supervisory experience.

Excellent management and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of computer software
Willing to travel and work unusual hours

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Business, Sports Management or a related field

Experience in NCAA Division I Athletics, preferred knowledge of NCAA and Big XII Conference rules pertaining to Division 1-A Athletics.
