Develop2Compete is run by Phil Beckner, who is nationally known for his work as a player development coach and high-performance consultant with elite athletes, sports teams, and business organizations to enhance performance professionally and increase personal growth. Phil spent over ten years coaching at the highest levels of college and professional basketball. He is most recognized for his developmental success with current NBA All-Star Damian Lillard. He has worked with USA Basketball’s Junior National Program, Oregon Football, the Philadelphia 76ers, and multiple division 1 programs making him one of the most sought-after Player Development Coaches for all NBA players. Develop2Compete and Phil Beckner are looking for multiple interns to assist with all Pre-Draft, NBA, and College workouts throughout the spring and summer months.
