Reporting directly the Head Coach, the Men’s Basketball Video Coordinator plans and coordinates the filming of all team practices, home and away games, edits in-house and opponent film for scouting and self-scouting, maintains inventory of video equipment and video archives and works with the men’s basketball coaching staff to meet their video needs.  This position is accountable for developing and managing video budget and may hire/supervise the work of staff or student employees engaged in day-to-day filming, editing and processing activities. Position requires excellent written and communications skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.  Must be able to work variable schedules during basketball season which may require evening and/or weekend hours.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education & Experience):

Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or related field and one to three years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above.

Preferred Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree and three years of directly related experience.  Experience working with a Division I sports program.  Working knowledge of XOS video editing system, Synergy Sports Technology and Dragonfly film exchange.
