Manage all video-related activities for the FDU Men’s Basketball program. Lead the filming of all practice, and individual workouts for self-scouting purposes.  Plan all film exchange with opponents. Download games via Synergy Sports and load onto coaching staff computers. Prepare video edits of individual players & opponents for the coaching staff to review with student-athletes during team meetings. Prepare video edits of potential recruits for the coaching staff to review. Maintain an organized library system for filing all practice, workouts, games, and opponent scouting folders. Assist coaching staff with on campus recruiting visits and other recruiting duties. Assist Director of Basketball Operations in travel logistics and other travel responsibilities.  Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach and/or Assistant Coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in a collegiate basketball program preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with video editing software, especially SportsCode & Synergy Sports software
• Effective communication, both written and oral
• Ability to work with diverse groups of student-athletes, coaches & staff
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Exceptionally strong organizational skills
• Highly proficient with current technology and trends
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
