HoopDirt.com can confirm that Bryen Spriggs has been named as the new head basketball coach at Community College of Beaver County (PA). Spriggs was most recently an assistant coach at Mineral Area CC (MO), and has also worked at Lincoln Trail CC (IL), Marshalltown CC (IA), and Slippery Rock University (PA). The Philadelphia native, who played collegiately at Slippery Rock, replaces Patrick Phillips who spent one season as the head coach at CBCC.
