I teased this move on X last night – I can now roll with it…

I can confirm that Cloud County Community College (KS) head basketball coach Devin Kastrup is on the move, and will become an assistant at Idaho State.

Kastrup has been the head coach at CCCC since 2021, and spent two seasons as the head coach at Southwestern Iowa Community College before that. This past season, he led the T-Birds to a 21-11 (15-9 Jayhawk) record.

Idaho State recently signed Cloud County’s Cheikh Sow (6’7 G / Thies, Senegal) who averaged 10.9ppg and 7.1rpg for the T-Birds last season.
