I can confirm that Justin Mann has stepped down as the head men’s basketball coach at NJCAA D1 Independence CC (KS), and will become an assistant coach at NCAA D2 West Florida.

Mann had been the head coach at Indy since 2021, and had served as the associate head coach at the school for two seasons before that. Mann has also worked as an assistant at D2 Urbana University (OH), D3 Eastern Nazarene College (MA), NAIA Thomas University (GA), and JUCO Daytona State.
