I can confirm that Lane Below will depart NJCAA D1 Gulf Coast State and become an assistant coach at Florida International. Multiple players have now decommitted to the GSC due to the impending coaching change.

Below had spent the past two seasons at GSC where he put together a including a 51-18 record, including a 28-9 mark this past season. Prior to his time with the Commodores, Below was an assistant at Chipola and Mississippi Gulf Coast and also served as a graduate assistant at Mississippi.
