According to multiple sources, NJCAA D1 Indian River State College head coach Charlie Wilson will become an assistant at rising NCAA D1 Queens University of Charlotte. He would replace Jack Castleberry who departed for an assistant spot at FDU.

Wilson has had a great run at IRSC in his seven seasons at the helm. During his tenure, he has won 147 games, with 5-straight 20+ win seasons. This past year, his team went 28-5 (11-1), won their third consecutive Southern Conference Championship, and advanced to the NJCAA national tournament for the second straight season.

Prior to his time at IRSC, Wilson spent seven seasons on the staff at his alma mater Central Methodist University.

An official announcement is expected shortly.
