I can confirm that Jake Lindfors is no longer the head coach at NJCAA Malcolm X College in Chicago. I have heard that he departed to begin a career in law enforcement.

Lindfors came to Malcolm X last May after a spending one season as an assistant at D2 Black Hills State University. He also served as an assistant at Elmhurst College and Harper College. He played collegiately at Albany.

An official announcement is expected shortly.
