Elgin Community College will not renew the contract of men’s basketball head coach Reed Nosbisch. The veteran coach released the following statement on social media:

This past season, ECC went 16-15 (8-6). Nosbisch’s best season came in 2016-17, when he led then NJCAA D3 Elgin to the National Championship game, and finished the season with a 31-6 record.

There has not been an official announcement yet by the college.
