A few things from the JC world that I’ve heard today…
• I have heard that Chris St. Clair has resigned as the head coach at Cypress College (CA). He took over at Cypress in 2012 after long-time head coach Paul Bottiaux stepped down. Word on the street is that UCLA DBO Tyus Edney and Cal State LA assistant Chris Morris are in the mix to replace St. Clair.
• I can confirm that Dean College (MA) head coach Rich Fazzi has resigned and will become the first-ever head coach at Pine Manor College (MA). Fazzi led his squad to a 21-win season this year and a berth in the NJCAA DII National Tournament last week. Fazzi has also been an assistant Endicott College and Suffolk University. Pine Manor will begin play next season.
