Gannon University Athletics has announced a change in leadership for the University’s men’s basketball team. Head coach Kelvin Jefferson will not return to the Golden Knights basketball team next season.
“We are grateful for the service Coach Jefferson has given to our men’s basketball program, University, and community. We wish him the best in his future endeavors,” said Lisa Goddard McGuirk, Director of Athletics.
A national search will begin immediately for the next Gannon men’s basketball head coach. To care for and respect all individuals and their privacy, it is Gannon University policy not to discuss details of personnel matters further.
