Darryl Slack, who spent the previous two seasons as a graduate assistant at Georgia Tech, has been hired as an assistant coach by Kennesaw State University head men’s basketball coach Lewis Preston.
Slack, who completes Preston’s staff, will coordinate team community service, travel and film exchange, while scouting upcoming opponents and assisting in recruiting and on-court coaching. He also will be involved with individual summer camps.
