Kentucky head coach John Calipari has shaken up his staff, promoting Jai Lucas to assistant coach, while Tony Barbee will now assume the title of Associate to the Head Coach (a non-coaching role).

Lucas was hired this past summer in an administrative position after spending the past seven seasons at Texas. Barbee served the previous five seasons as an assistant coach and was the special assistant to the head coach in his first season at UK, in 2014-15.

These moves were made in September, and announced today on Twitter by Calipari.
