Multiple sources have told me Tic Price will have his interim tag removed and named head coach at Lamar today. It sounds like the announcement will come at a 3:00 press conference. Price took over for Pat Knight with five games remaining this past season. Price has previously been the head coach at Memphis, McNeese State, and New Orleans. He was most recently working in an administrative role at Lamar. More on this after the presser.
